Please note that this Pre - Registration Form is only an application form and not a confirmation of your participation at KTM 2024. The same will be evaluated by a committee and will get in touch with you regarding the status of your registration.

The Management of the KTM Society reserves the right to accept/reject any completed Pre-Registration Form without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Only ONE person per organization/agency will be given the status of registered buyer.

The Pre-Registration should be completed using English alphabets only.

I hereby confirm that:

1. I am more than 18 years old.

2. I am actively involved in the Travel & Tourism Industry.

3. I am aware that spouse and children are not allowed.

4. I will abide by the terms & conditions laid down by the organization.

5. Kindly keep ready a passport size photograph of Min size 30Kb and Max size 512Kb for the pre-registration.
